谈起店名“弥豆”，主理人方圆表示，英文Middle意为中间、适度，“弥豆”就是由此音译而来，承载了她对平衡的追求。“我希望这一方小店，能够让我找到工作与生活的平衡点，也能让来到这里的青年人有一处属于自己的‘第三空间’。”方圆谈道。

把赛级精品咖啡搬进社区

在很多人的印象中，高水准的精品咖啡，只存在于专业赛场、高端门店，距离普通消费者十分遥远。而方圆作为咖啡烘焙、冲煮赛事的实力选手，她坦言，自己开店的初衷正是打破精品咖啡的圈层壁垒，让赛场上才能品鉴到的优质咖啡，走进普通社区，走进大众视野。

店内使用的咖啡豆，从生豆筛选、烘焙曲线调试，到风味把控，每一步都精准把控，让豆子释放出恰到好处的香气层次。更值得一提的是，店里不少饮品都是主理人的原创特调，跳出了传统咖啡的框架，兼顾专业度与大众口味。

弥豆咖啡选择落地保租房社区，并非偶然。奉发未来・煜丰苑，是金汇镇重要的保障性租赁住房社区，汇聚了大批青年人才。“青年们在这里安家，需要的不只是一间可以居住的屋子，更需要给他们打造可以社交、休闲的生活场景。”方圆表示，“因此，我选择把精品咖啡馆开进保租房社区。”

在门店的主营业务之外，弥豆咖啡还与奉贤区团委合作，定期开设咖啡拉花课堂。吧台化作小型教室，青年租户围坐在一起，学习打奶泡、练习拉花，感受咖啡文化。在这里，一杯咖啡，不再只是饮品，更成为青年社交、放松的载体。

Fengfa Future Yufengyuan is an important affordable rental housing community in Jinhui Town, gathering a large number of young talents.
