“不用扫码、不用关注，免费领取咖啡！”8月28日中午，虹桥火车站B1到达层的虹桥综合交通枢纽党群服务中心前，拖着行李箱的旅客陆续停下脚步，接过咖啡。作为2026年国家网络安全宣传周上海地区的特色活动，这杯“抵达上海的第一杯网络安全咖啡”，已是第二年在闵行这座长三角城市门户亮相。

继去年虹桥综合交通枢纽化身为全市第一座网络安全枢纽“站”空间后，在市委网信办的指导下，闵行区委网信办与新虹街道再度联手，比顿咖啡、ADDIS COFFEE等来自虹桥国际咖啡港及辖区特色咖啡店的主理人一字排开站在展台。送出去的每一杯咖啡，都套上专属定制的网安主题杯套。今年恰逢《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》正式施行五周年，这场暖心公益活动以咖啡为载体，将个人信息防护、网络安全知识融入旅途日常，让宣传更有温度。

“如果是扫码，我就不领了。”从深圳来沪从事IT行业的王先生接过咖啡时坦言，见多了“扫码领福利”的引流套路，这种纯粹的公益宣传反而让人觉得踏实。据统计，活动在两小时内就送出了超过100杯“网安特调”咖啡。

“文明上网”“谨言慎行”“网络安全无小事”……现场推出了网络安全主题相关文创产品。趁着暑假尾声带孩子旅游返沪的秦女士，正陪着女儿仔细挑选贴纸：“现在孩子接触网络早，安全教育得从小抓起，这种边玩边学的形式，孩子愿意接受。”

此外，旅客还可领取“网络安全身份卡”，凭卡片到距离虹桥枢纽最近的商业综合体虹桥新天地享受专属福利。“作为不少游客抵沪后的首个消费目的地，我们始终将网络安全与消防安全置于同等重要的位置。”虹桥新天地相关负责人表示，希望通过与街道的联动合作，共同守护消费信任与品牌公信力。

近年来，上海的网络安全宣传正不断向人流密集、场景复杂、风险贴近的一线下沉。虹桥综合交通枢纽既是多数旅客抵达上海的“第一站”，也是离开这座城市的“最后一站”。“我们希望将‘网络安全为人民’的精神更生动传递，也希望大家了解网络安全始终全周期陪伴守护着大家。”闵行区相关负责人表示。

Following the transformation of Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub into the city's first network security hub "station" space last year, under the guidance of the Municipal Party Committee's Cyberspace Office, the Cyberspace Office of Minhang District Committee and Xinhong Street have once again joined forces. Managers from Hongqiao International Coffee Port and local specialty coffee shops, such as Bitun Coffee and ADDIS COFFEE, stood in a row at the exhibition booth. Every cup of coffee sent out is covered with a customized internet security themed cup cover. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the official implementation of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. This heartwarming public welfare activity uses coffee as a carrier to integrate personal information protection and network security knowledge into daily travel, making publicity more warm.
