每年约3000吨咖啡从企业走向市场，铭氏咖啡早已是业内知名的原料供应商。近日，铭氏集团旗下子公司上海威铭食品有限公司正式签约落户乌镇。企业将在此布局咖啡烘焙、咖啡精加工、膨化食品、咖啡机等多条现代化生产线。

“项目建成投产后，原上海工厂保留研发职能和部分产能，乌镇将成为威铭食品核心生产基地，预计每年咖啡豆烘焙总产能将超20000吨。”上海铭氏食品集团有限公司总裁助理、市场部总监张敏表示。

这意味着，全球各大黄金咖啡产区甄选优质生豆，未来将在乌镇完成烘焙、研磨、精加工等一系列工序，蜕变出丰富多样的咖啡产品，为乌镇时尚消费品产业注入强劲新动能。

据了解，上海威铭食品乌镇项目总投资2.1亿元，用地约26亩，除了布局现代化生产车间，还将配套建设品牌展厅，集中展示企业发展历程与咖啡系列产品，推动工业生产、咖啡文化、文旅体验、消费场景深度融合，培育乌镇工业旅游全新业态。
