5月8日,花田萃原产地咖啡智能工厂在云南保山正式落成投产。这座扎根于保山小粒咖啡核心产区的现代化工厂,标志着云南咖啡从高原特色农业向精深加工、品牌智造和国际化表达迈出关键一步。

This modern factory rooted in the core production area of Baoshan small grain coffee marks a crucial step for Yunnan coffee to move from plateau characteristic agriculture to deep processing, brand intelligence, and international expression.

This factory is not a simple expansion project, but a full chain hub that integrates native planting, research and development innovation, high-quality deep processing, nationwide supply, and brand expression. Its production has brought triple value leaps to Yunnan coffee: transforming the advantages of the production area into processing advantages, allowing the value of raw materials to be amplified within the origin; Transforming processing capabilities into brand acceptance capabilities, transforming Yunnan coffee from "purchased beans" to "selected products"; Transforming product capabilities into market capabilities, supporting high-quality cloud cafes to enter national and overseas channels with stable quality and diverse forms.

Huatian Cui has a deep blood relationship with the Baoshan production area. Founder Guo Lei is from the "Coffee Third Generation", whose ancestors took root in Baoshan Lujiang Dam as the first coffee growers in 1957.
