推开自然之门 在王子山脚下“种”出一座咖啡厅
驱车驶入梯面镇王子山脚下,红砖墙面搭配大面积落地玻璃的“溪里溪里”映入眼帘。热带风情的手绘壁画上,大象、椰林与泰式建筑栩栩如生,与窗外层叠的绿意相映成趣。木质招牌上的“XILIXILI”在林间光影里格外醒目,藤编茅草屋、原木步道与潺潺溪流勾勒出错落有致的户外空间。
“草坪是大自然最慷慨的馈赠,它像一张巨大的留白画布。”杨曦回忆,当他第一次来到蝴蝶谷旁考察时,青山环抱、溪水清澈、负离子含量每立方厘米高达12000个以上的这片美景,让他瞬间决定:要让咖啡“长”在风景里。
他决心打破传统咖啡店封闭空间的束缚,把这里设计成一个没有天花板的“户外客厅”。仅用短短三个月,他和团队便从无到有地搭建起这家店——户外座椅两百多套,室内空间约250平方米,可同时容纳上千人。围炉煮茶、溪边烧烤、草地露营、萌宠亲水等项目沿着草坪自然展开,被来访的顾客亲切地称为“小清迈”“小曼谷”。去年10月咖啡厅一亮相,便迅速走红,节假日高峰期日均到访超千人次。
记者在现场看到,咖啡屋室内就可透过玻璃看山景、品特调;户外区域则设置了可供漫步的溪畔步道、能近距离感受自然的亲水平台,以及充满趣味的打卡装置,每处细节都传递着一种松弛感。杨曦认为咖啡最该待的是有风、有草、有阳光的地方。

溯溪徒步、山野咖饮、山林民宿的“一日闲”路线日趋成熟
“刚创业时只有两个人,所有事情都要亲力亲为,现在有了一群志同道合的小伙伴。”杨曦和店里清一色的“90后”“00后”团队,在压粉、萃取、拉花中精益求精。

如今,溯溪徒步、山野咖饮、山林民宿的“一日闲”路线日趋成熟。周末带上孩子与宠物,上午游山玩水,下午在“溪里溪里”发呆、品特调,晚上入住隔壁爱树民宿,已成为许多大湾区游客的固定打开方式。杨曦说:“同一区域的文旅项目应该相互赋能、携手发展,让游客留下来,整片区域才更有活力。”

“当前,我正致力于把花都原生态材料与甜品、咖啡结合,推广花都的优秀农产品。”杨曦说。他将梯面特色豆腐与芝士巧妙结合,研发出一款“豆腐芝士蛋糕”,即将新鲜上市,让梯面三泉豆腐的嫩滑与芝士的醇厚结合,碰撞出奇妙的乡土与精致交融的口感。接下来,炭步芋头、花都蓝莓、梯面竹笋等本地农副产品也会陆续入店,变幻出独一无二的“花都味道”。
这种“咖啡+本地风物”的模式,让每一杯咖啡都染上了独一无二的“花都味道”。法式精致碰撞乡村烟火,客人在喝咖啡、吃甜点的过程中,不知不觉就走进了花都的风土人情。这间门店,不仅是闲暇休憩的一方天地,更成为展示花都新形象的一扇窗口。

From studying abroad to returning to China to start a business, from French desserts to boutique coffee, Yang Xi has infused her love for the mountains, her dedication to her profession, and her deep affection for the hometown of Huadu into cups of rich and flavorful coffee.

Driving into the foot of Wangzi Mountain in Tiemian Town, the "Xili Xili" with red brick walls and large areas of floor to ceiling glass comes into view.
