活动期间，现场内容丰富多元、亮点纷呈，既延续了此前的火爆氛围，更推出了诸多重磅环节。据悉，现场同步举办咖啡主题市集、世界咖啡师大赛济南分赛区决赛、大师冲煮表演、咖啡杯测会、国际评审分享会、泉水节预热等多项活动，全方位展现济南咖啡产业的独特魅力，为市民游客打造了一场集味觉享受、视觉盛宴与文化体验于一体的沉浸式咖啡盛会。
在咖啡主题市集现场，70余家全国头部咖啡品牌、本地人气商户及国际特色展商齐聚一堂，精品咖啡、特色小吃、文创手作错落排布，构成了一幅鲜活的市井咖啡画卷。市民游客或驻足摊位前，细细挑选心仪的咖啡品类;或手持咖啡杯，在老建筑的映衬下拍照打卡，沉浸式感受“泉水+咖啡”的独特韵味。“周末带着家人来这里，既能尝到好喝的咖啡，又能感受老商埠的氛围，特别惬意。”市民王女士告诉记者。
作为活动的核心环节之一，世界咖啡师大赛济南分赛区决赛吸引了众多市民驻足观看。来自各地的咖啡高手同台竞技，展示精湛的手冲技艺与拉花技巧，水流成丝、奶泡如画，每一个动作都尽显专业水准，引得现场阵阵掌声。同期举办的大师冲煮表演与国际评审分享会，更是让咖啡爱好者们近距离接触行业大咖，聆听专业的咖啡知识分享，深入了解咖啡风味与冲泡技巧。
