开工仪式在张家港高新区（塘桥镇）举行
这是张家港高端咖啡品类的
第一个产业项目
戴娜斯提公司是实力雄厚的国际化企业，AESP咖啡是澳洲本土前五的精品咖啡品牌，两家企业携手在港城设立咖啡豆烘焙工厂项目，将打造深度嵌入港城产业、提升城市能级的“产业+文化+品质”标杆项目，集咖啡标准化生产、精深加工、文创开发、工业旅游于一体的复合型咖啡产业园。
项目达产后，预计年产咖啡豆及相关制品3600吨，年产值约4亿元。

5月20日，通富超威新工厂二期项目在苏州工业园区启动。超威半导体公司是全球顶尖的半导体公司，2016年与通富微电集团在苏州工业园区合作成立苏州通富超威半导体有限公司。本次启动的二期项目，是通富超威立足产业趋势的重大战略布局，将进一步扩容高端先进封测产能，升级智能化、现代化生产制造体系，助力苏州工业园区打造国内领先、全球一流的集成电路先进封测产业高地。
5月18日，长城集团蜂巢汽车智驾系统投资项目签约落户常熟。蜂巢汽车科技集团是长城集团旗下规模最大的全资子公司。蜂巢汽车智能座舱项目于2022年落户常熟经开区，总投资10亿元。此次蜂巢汽车计划新增投资10亿元，落地常熟智驾系统项目，利用现有高标准厂房生产智驾域控制器等高端产品，项目达产后可新增年产值20亿元。
5月21日，太仓市政府与诺和新元战略合作协议签约，双方将进一步深化务实合作，共同推动生物制造产业高质量发展。诺和新元是生物制造领域的全球代表企业，总部位于丹麦，在酶制剂、益生菌等领域是全球排名第一的供应商。接下来，集团还将投入首笔3.6亿元，在太启动五期扩产项目，立足太仓服务更广阔的国际市场。
总投资20亿元的太古可口可乐昆山工厂将于5月26日正式投用。太古可口可乐昆山工厂自2023年签约以来，就被定位为华东地区集研发、生产、分拨及区域性销售总部于一体的现代化工厂。项目总体规划建设13条生产线，达产后最高年产能将超过160万吨，预计年销售额达12亿元。
5月22日，威特集团深耕亚太、布局全球的重要战略支点——威特全球研发中心在吴江揭牌，将大幅提升威特的全球研发能力，同时为吴江高端装备制造产业注入强大创新动能，带动整个产业链向高端攀升。
5月22日，总投资约12亿元的盛虹纺织后整理生态产业园项目举行签约仪式，落地吴江桃源镇。项目将打造现代化纺织产业链协同标杆，建成达产后，预计可实现年产值10亿元。
5月19日，柳道万和高端热流道系统增资扩产项目签约仪式在吴中区举行。项目用地面积约40亩，新增总投资5000万美元建设新厂房，未来项目建成后苏州柳道年产值规模预计将达25亿元，将形成“中国总部+全球研发中心+全球第一规模”的热流道系统产业布局。
5月19日，森石车链“双链合璧・共筑未来”投资签约暨揭牌仪式在相城举行。此次浙江星联投资森石车链，将充分发挥森石车链线上平台技术与数字化能力，以及浙江星联海外网点与渠道资源的优势，实现技术、渠道与资源的高效协同。
5月15日，中科智汇创谷项目（苏国土2025-WG-2号地块）正式启动，拟建成聚焦人工智能和医疗器械的研发与制造产业园。项目已吸引大批企业入园，活动现场进行了一批储备项目签约，未来将围绕人工智能等前沿领域高标准建设配套研发、测试、组装、展示等不同场景的独栋厂房和研发办公楼。
5月22日，上海羿弓精密苏州研发生产基地项目正式签约落户苏州高新区。项目总投资超10亿元，将重点布局以RV减速机为核心、多部位配套零部件协同发展的产业格局，打造立足华东、辐射全国的产业平台，为客户提供一站式系统化解决方案。

The first industrial project
Danasti Company is a strong international enterprise, and AESP Coffee is one of the top five boutique coffee brands in Australia. The two companies have joined hands to establish a coffee bean roasting factory project in the port city, aiming to create a benchmark project of "industry+culture+quality" deeply embedded in the port city industry and enhance the city's level. It will integrate standardized coffee production, deep processing, cultural and creative development, and industrial tourism into a composite coffee industry park.
After the project is completed, it is expected to produce 3600 tons of coffee beans and related products annually, with an annual output value of approximately 400 million yuan.

On May 20th, the second phase of Tongfu Chaowei's new factory project was launched in Suzhou Industrial Park. Chaowei Semiconductor Company is a top semiconductor company in the world. In 2016, it partnered with Tongfu Microelectronics Group to establish Suzhou Tongfu Chaowei Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in Suzhou Industrial Park. The second phase project launched this time is a major strategic layout of Tongfu Chaowei based on industry trends. It will further expand its high-end advanced packaging and testing production capacity, upgrade its intelligent and modern manufacturing system, and help Suzhou Industrial Park build a leading domestic and world-class integrated circuit advanced packaging and testing industry highland.
On May 18th, the investment project of Great Wall Group's Honeycomb Automotive Intelligent Driving System was signed and settled in Changshu. Honeycomb Automotive Technology Group is the largest wholly-owned subsidiary of Great Wall Group. The Honeycomb Automotive Intelligent Cockpit Project will settle in Changshu Economic Development Zone in 2022, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. This time, Honeycomb Automotive plans to invest an additional 1 billion yuan to implement the Changshu intelligent driving system project, using existing high standard factories to produce high-end products such as intelligent driving domain controllers. After the project reaches production capacity, it can add an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.
On May 21st, the Taicang Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Novo Nordisk to further deepen practical cooperation and jointly promote the high-quality development of the biomanufacturing industry. Novo Nordisk is a global representative enterprise in the field of biomanufacturing, headquartered in Denmark, and is the world's top supplier in enzyme preparations, probiotics, and other fields. Next, the group will invest the first 360 million yuan to launch the fifth phase expansion project in Taicang, aiming to serve a broader international market.
The Swire Coca Cola Kunshan factory, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, will be officially put into operation on May 26th. Since the signing of the contract in 2023, Taikoo Coca Cola Kunshan factory has been positioned as a modern factory integrating research and development, production, distribution, and regional sales headquarters in the East China region. The overall plan of the project is to construct 13 production lines, with a maximum annual production capacity of over 1.6 million tons after reaching capacity, and an expected annual sales revenue of 1.2 billion yuan.
On May 22nd, the important strategic pivot of Weite Group's deep cultivation in the Asia Pacific region and global layout - Weite Global R&D Center - was unveiled in Wujiang, which will significantly enhance Weite's global R&D capabilities, inject strong innovation momentum into the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Wujiang, and drive the entire industry chain to climb towards the high-end.
On May 22nd, the Shenghong Textile Post Consolidation Ecological Industrial Park project with a total investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan held a signing ceremony and landed in Taoyuan Town, Wujiang. The project will create a benchmark for modern textile industry chain collaboration, and after completion and production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan.
On May 19th, the signing ceremony for the capital increase and production expansion project of Liu Daowan and the high-end hot runner system was held in Wuzhong District. The project covers an area of approximately 40 acres, with a total investment of 50 million US dollars for the construction of a new factory building. After the completion of the project, the annual output value of Suzhou Liudao is expected to reach 2.5 billion yuan, forming a hot runner system industry layout of "China headquarters+global R&D center+world's largest scale".
On May 19th, the investment signing and unveiling ceremony of "Dual Chain Integration, Building the Future Together" for Senshi Car Chain was held in Xiangcheng. This investment by Zhejiang Xinglian in Senshi Car Chain will fully leverage the online platform technology and digital capabilities of Senshi Car Chain, as well as the advantages of Zhejiang Xinglian's overseas branches and channel resources, to achieve efficient collaboration of technology, channels, and resources.
On May 15th, the Zhongke Zhihui Chuanggu project (Su Guotu 2025-WG-2 plot) was officially launched, aiming to build a research and manufacturing industrial park focusing on artificial intelligence and medical devices. The project has attracted a large number of enterprises to enter the park, and a batch of reserve project contracts have been signed at the event site. In the future, independent factories and R&D office buildings will be built around cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence with high standards for supporting research and development, testing, assembly, and display in different scenarios.
On May 22nd, the Shanghai Yigong Precision Suzhou R&D and Production Base project was officially signed and settled in Suzhou High tech Zone. The total investment of the project exceeds 1 billion yuan, with a focus on the layout of an industry pattern centered on RV reducers and coordinated development of supporting components in multiple parts. It aims to create an industrial platform based in East China and radiating throughout the country, providing customers with one-stop systematic solutions.
