5月26日,走进清镇市红枫湖镇大冲村的玉岛红枫黄桃酥梨园,金黄的黄桃挂满枝头,空气中弥漫着淡淡的果香。就在这片500多亩的果园深处,一座由闲置水果分拣房改造而成的咖啡馆——云团子咖啡,正飘出阵阵咖啡醇香。
今年5月1日,这家贵阳首家真正开在果园里的咖啡馆正式营业。原木色的桌椅、通透的玻璃窗、绿油油的大草坪,配上手冲咖啡的松弛感,迅速成为市民和游客争相打卡的新去处。
“我在抖音刷到这个地方,开车40分钟就过来了。”贵阳市民冯女士告诉记者,这里很舒服,适合放松,“休假时就喜欢来这里放空自己。”

云团子咖啡的诞生,源于一场“一拍即合”的邂逅。去年8月底,周鑫偶然来到大冲村关口组,被这片果园的景色打动,找到果园老板说出自己的想法,两人当即决定合作。经过数月的精心装修,原本闲置的农房焕然一新。
“我平时喜欢轻食,店里主打低糖健康的食材,适合减脂人群。”周鑫介绍,目前咖啡店共有13款饮品,每一款都是自己研发的。招牌“木姜云团子咖啡”将柠檬的酸味与木姜子的香气融入咖啡,口感平衡独特;“椰香云团子”和牛油果椰奶昔也颇受欢迎。
从5月1日开业至今,云团子咖啡已接待游客1000余人次,单日最高卖出100余杯饮品。

云团子咖啡的落地,离不开大冲村创新探索的“一周村长”活动。据大冲村村委会副主任林科忠介绍,村里邀请有经验、有创想的专业人士到村任职,围绕“如何发挥资源优势赋能民宿旅居产业”展开头脑风暴,最终碰撞出“果园咖啡”这一创意。20余万元的投资,实现了“小投入、快见效、可复制”的乡村微业态样本。林科忠表示,目前村子正在整体打造旅游产业,主要通过做一些小而美的业态来吸引游客。

目前,大冲村已有6家咖啡馆。下一步,云团子咖啡计划与果园、民宿、农家乐合作,推出“住宿+咖啡”“采摘+下午茶”等组合产品。7月水果上市后,还将用黄桃和梨研发特调饮品。

In the depths of this 500 plus acre orchard, a coffee shop transformed from an idle fruit sorting room - Yuntuanzi Coffee - is emitting a fragrant aroma of coffee.

On May 1st of this year, the first coffee shop in Guiyang to truly open in an orchard officially opened. The wooden colored tables and chairs, transparent glass windows, and lush green lawn, coupled with the relaxed feeling of making coffee by hand, have quickly become a new destination for citizens and tourists to check in.

"I arrived at this place in Tiktok and drove here for 40 minutes." Ms. Feng, a Guiyang citizen, told reporters that it was very comfortable and suitable for relaxation. "I like to come here to empty myself when I am on vacation."

The birth of Yuntuanzi Coffee originated from an encounter that was a perfect match. At the end of August last year, Zhou Xin accidentally came to Guankou Group in Dachong Village and was moved by the scenery of this orchard. He approached the orchard owner and expressed his thoughts, and the two immediately decided to cooperate. After months of careful renovation, the previously unused farmhouse has been completely transformed.

I usually like light food, and the store specializes in low sugar and healthy ingredients that are suitable for people who want to lose weight, "Zhou Xin said. Currently, the coffee shop has a total of 13 drinks, each of which is self-developed. The signature "Mujiang Yuntuanzi Coffee" blends the sour taste of lemon and the aroma of Mujiang into the coffee, creating a balanced and unique taste; Coconut flavored cloud dumplings and avocado coconut milkshakes are also popular.

Since its opening on May 1st, Yuntuanzi Coffee has received over 1000 visitors and sold over 100 cups of beverages in a single day.

The landing of Yuntuanzi Coffee cannot be separated from the "One Week Village Chief" activity of innovative exploration in Dachong Village. According to Lin Kezhong, deputy director of the Dachong Village Committee, the village invited experienced and innovative professionals to work in the village, brainstorming on "how to leverage resource advantages to empower the homestay and travel industry", and ultimately came up with the idea of "Orchard Coffee". With an investment of over 200000 yuan, a rural micro business model with "small investment, quick results, and replicability" has been achieved. Lin Kezhong said that the village is currently building a tourism industry as a whole, mainly by creating small and beautiful formats to attract tourists.

Currently, there are six coffee shops in Dachong Village. Next, Yuntuanzi Coffee plans to collaborate with orchards, homestays, and rural tourism to launch combination products such as "accommodation+coffee" and "picking+afternoon tea". After the fruit is launched in July, special drinks will be developed using yellow peaches and pears.
