中新社福州6月8日电 (郑江洛)“一味原料就是一城风情,茉莉花是福州城的名片,把本土食材融进咖啡,才能做出独属于福州的风味。”“90后”台湾青年、“拎咖啡”品牌创始人郭屹凡近日在福州接受采访时说。

2016年,郭屹凡瞄准大陆广阔市场,跨越海峡到福州创业。他说:“从台湾来到福州,第一眼就爱上这里的古厝与烟火,开店之初就打定主意,把咖啡业态嵌入福州古厝文脉,让饮品承载这座城市的在地味道。”

郭屹凡确立了古厝与咖啡融合的差异化路线,陆续在福州上下杭、鳌峰坊等历史街区布局门店,将西式咖啡融进老城街巷烟火。

为让咖啡扎根榕城、贴合本土气质,郭屹凡将在地风味融入饮品研发,依托本地茉莉花、花生等特色食材,创新打造茉莉花茶特调、花生酱拿铁等专属饮品,让咖啡浸润浓厚的闽都烟火气息。

目前,“拎咖啡”已在福州开设3家直营门店。随着业务稳步扩张,2023年,郭屹凡在福州马尾落地咖啡烘焙工厂。他介绍,马尾咖啡烘焙工厂汇聚全球多地优质咖啡豆,可根据市场和客户需求提供定制化烘焙服务,为福建数十家咖啡门店稳定供货,咖啡豆月产量可达8吨至10吨,年供货量超百吨。

十年来,郭屹凡见证了福州咖啡行业的变迁。他初到福州时,精品咖啡文化尚未普及;如今,民众咖啡消费需求持续升级,对饮品品质、制作工艺的要求不断提高,行业规范化、品质化发展趋势愈发明显。

伴随福州咖啡消费市场快速扩容,郭屹凡走进高校开展咖啡高级人才培训,持续推进校企深度合作。他还联动两岸咖啡产业资源,推出创业孵化、供应链对接、岗位推荐、门店运营指导等配套服务,助力两岸青年从业者扎根行业、稳步成长。

“我想用自己的亲身经历告诉更多台湾青年,大陆有着广阔的发展空间,只要脚踏实地、用心耕耘,就能实现心中的梦想。”谈及未来,郭屹凡表示将持续深耕古厝咖啡特色业态,扩大品牌规模、深化产学研融合,以咖啡为媒,搭建两岸青年常态化交流桥梁。(完)

Only by integrating local ingredients into coffee can we create a unique flavor that belongs to Fuzhou," said Guo Yifan, a Taiwanese youth born in the 1990s and founder of the "Dai Coffee" brand, in a recent interview in Fuzhou.

In 2016, Guo Yifan aimed at the vast mainland market and crossed the strait to start a business in Fuzhou. He said, "When I came to Fuzhou from Taiwan, I fell in love with the ancient houses and fireworks here at first sight. At the beginning of opening the store, I made up my mind to embed the coffee industry into the cultural context of Fuzhou's ancient houses, and let the drinks carry the local flavor of this city

Guo Yifan established a differentiated route of integrating ancient houses with coffee, and gradually laid out stores in historical districts such as Shangxiahang and Aofengfang in Fuzhou, integrating Western style coffee into the streets and alleys of the old city.

In order to make coffee rooted in Rongcheng and fit the local temperament, Guo Yifan has integrated local flavors into beverage research and development. Relying on local specialty ingredients such as jasmine and peanuts, he innovatively creates exclusive drinks such as jasmine tea special notes and peanut butter latte, allowing coffee to be infused with the strong atmosphere of Fujian's fireworks.

At present, "Diaochao" has opened three direct operated stores in Fuzhou. With steady business expansion, Guo Yifan will establish a coffee roasting factory in Mawei, Fuzhou in 2023. He introduced that the Mawei Coffee Baking Factory gathers high-quality coffee beans from many parts of the world and can provide customized roasting services according to market and customer needs. It provides stable supply for dozens of coffee shops in Fujian, with a monthly output of 8 to 10 tons of coffee beans and an annual supply of over 100 tons.

Over the past decade, Guo Yifan has witnessed the changes in the coffee industry in Fuzhou. When he first arrived in Fuzhou, the culture of specialty coffee had not yet become popular; Nowadays, the demand for coffee consumption among the public continues to upgrade, and the requirements for beverage quality and production technology are constantly increasing. The trend of industry standardization and quality development is becoming increasingly evident.

With the rapid expansion of the coffee consumption market in Fuzhou, Guo Yifan has entered universities to carry out advanced coffee talent training and continue to promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. He also collaborates with the coffee industry resources on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, launching supporting services such as entrepreneurship incubation, supply chain docking, job recommendations, and store operation guidance, to help young practitioners from both sides of the Taiwan Strait root in the industry and steadily grow.

I want to use my personal experience to tell more Taiwanese youth that the mainland has vast development space, and as long as they work hard and diligently, they can achieve their dreams.
