中新网云南保山6月12日电 (陈静 袁鸿凯)6月的云南省保山市烟雨朦胧,参加“云上咖啡·香飘两岸”第二届海峡两岸咖啡文化交流活动的嘉宾,11日冒雨在新寨村种下咖啡树苗,共建“云台咖啡纪念林”;走进当地咖啡庄园,开展咖啡杯测与冲泡,以“一棵苗”和“一杯咖”推动两岸产业合作“扎根”与“结果”。
“咖啡是国际性饮品,我们能够借由这个载体把两岸关系拉近、拉亲,是件很好的事。”参与植树的台北岚山咖啡创始人游启明说,希望再过几年,种下的咖啡树可以开花结果,两岸关系也越来越好。

6月10日至13日,由云南海外联谊会、云南省委台办联合主办的“云上咖啡·香飘两岸”第二届海峡两岸咖啡文化交流活动在云南保山举办,近200名两岸咖啡行业从业者参加。
保山市地处云南西部,与缅甸山水相连,是云南优质小粒咖啡黄金原产地。得天独厚的立体气候、优质的生态环境,孕育出“浓而不苦、香味独特、略带果酸”的保山小粒咖啡,享誉海内外。
截至目前,保山市咖啡种植面积达18.06万亩,产量2.68万吨,绿色、有机认证基地达1.7万亩,咖啡综合产值223.28亿元;全市共有咖啡企业82户,注册咖啡商标600余个,咖啡精品率居全省前列。
在保山市潞江镇,两岸嘉宾探访“中国咖啡第一村”新寨村,了解当地咖啡种植历史与文化;走进比顿咖啡产业文化园,在咖啡烘焙、杯测与冲泡中,共品咖香、共话合作。

“15年前我就在台湾喝过云南咖啡,去年终于通过这一活动第一次踏上云南这片土地,保山咖啡丰富的层次与悠长的余韵,实在令人惊叹!”台湾南投馨晴咖啡庄园主黄美桃表示,正是这份惊艳让她今年毫不犹豫再次报名。
黄美桃此次携带阿里山紫叶咖啡等多款产品跨越海峡而来,与大陆同业共享咖香。在杯测环节,保山一款瑰夏令她印象深刻,“它的莓果调性与柑橘等热带水果相似,入口后满满果香,且在高、中、低温下都保持了风味厚度,太厉害了”!黄美桃希望多与云南咖啡庄园、咖农交流种植技术与经验,“我们共同进步,两岸咖啡产业一定会越来越好”。
近年来,台商已陆续在云南保山、普洱、昆明等地布局咖啡产业,合作覆盖种植、加工、销售全链条。从烘焙杯测技艺切磋,到打造咖啡庄园、联合研发产品,两岸合作重心正加速向品质提升与精品化深耕。

在本次活动中,保山市咖啡产业协会、保山技师学院、保山中咖食品有限公司与台湾精致咖啡协会等签约,将围绕咖啡产业发展、人才培养与引进等多领域开展深度合作。
保山市咖啡产业协会副会长、保山中咖食品有限公司董事长杨竹介绍,企业将引入台湾精品咖啡生产工艺及选品体系,在保山原有种植优势基础上,进一步提升精深加工与品质管控。
云南农业大学副校长、云南省咖啡产业专家组组长李宏表示,“以往我们更多关注种植技术的提升,现在则聚焦市场开拓、产品创新、新技术应用等领域”。他指出,两岸可持续探讨推进咖啡产业精细化领域合作,同时借鉴台湾成熟的品牌打造经验,将云南咖啡推向全球市场,让世界感受来自云南的一抹咖香。(完)

From June 10th to 13th, the second Cross Strait Coffee Cultural Exchange Event "Cloud Coffee · Fragrant Across the Taiwan Strait" jointly hosted by Yunnan Overseas Friendship Association and Yunnan Provincial Committee Taiwan Affairs Office was held in Baoshan, Yunnan, with nearly 200 coffee industry practitioners from both sides of the Taiwan Strait participating.

Baoshan City is located in western Yunnan, connected to the mountains and rivers of Myanmar, and is the golden origin of high-quality small grain coffee in Yunnan. The unique three-dimensional climate and high-quality ecological environment have nurtured Baoshan small grain coffee, which is known both domestically and internationally for its "strong but not bitter, unique aroma, and slightly fruity acid".

As of now, the coffee planting area in Baoshan City has reached 180600 mu, with a yield of 26800 tons. The green and organic certification base has reached 17000 mu, and the comprehensive coffee output value is 22.328 billion yuan; There are a total of 82 coffee enterprises in the city, with over 600 registered coffee trademarks, and the coffee quality rate ranks among the top in the province.

In recent years, Taiwanese businessmen have successively laid out the coffee industry in Baoshan, Pu'er, Kunming and other places in Yunnan, with cooperation covering the entire chain of planting, processing and sales. In this event, Baoshan Coffee Industry Association, Baoshan Technician College, Baoshan Zhongka Food Co., Ltd., and Taiwan Fine Coffee Association signed contracts to carry out in-depth cooperation in various fields such as coffee industry development, talent cultivation, and introduction.
