6月12日,“咖速集结 啡你不可”2026云岩第三季咖啡文化活动在新印1950拉开帷幕。60余家海内外优质咖啡品牌齐聚,2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区选拔赛(CBC)贵阳分区赛、2026世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区选拔赛(CBrC)贵阳分区赛同步开赛。虽是工作日,现场却人头攒动,咖啡香气从每一个摊位溢出,混着热烈的交谈声,让整片街区进入了“咖啡时间”。

“今天是工作日,人流量都蛮高的。”来自香港的LADss Store咖啡师Doris笑着说,“来之前就听说贵阳咖啡氛围很好,来了发现比我想的还要更好。消费者对咖啡的认知很高,大家普遍爱喝咖啡。”

她一边为顾客冲煮咖啡一边分享,自己平时参加比赛时就知道不少优秀选手来自贵阳,这次特意来感受一下,顺便把产品带给贵阳的爱好者。“昨天刚到贵阳,发现住的酒店附近就有很多咖啡店。这里咖啡店密集度高,出品质量也高。”

十柴咖啡学院的产品经理徐诚站在摊位前,看着络绎不绝的游客感慨道:“人气蛮好的,主办方提供的场地也很舒服。这里有非常多的咖啡冠军,咖啡店也特别专业。”

他表示,平时参加咖啡节就会注意到很多贵阳品牌,“像乔治队长、对的咖啡、Combos,在这些专业人士的带领下,贵阳咖啡发展迅猛,以后还会越来越专业。”

Coffee spot的员工小权刚送走一拨顾客,转身对记者说道:“贵阳的消费者很喜欢尝试不同口味的咖啡,特别有探索精神。”他还注意到一个有趣的现象,“贵阳的咖啡品牌会做发酵类的东西,很多城市也在学习贵阳的发酵技艺。”

mowent咖啡店长David第一次来贵阳,他告诉记者:“贵阳咖啡氛围特别好,我们特意想来体验一下。”他特别提到主办方的细致服务——工作人员24小时在线。连断电几分钟都会征求所有商户的意见。“咖啡是需要不断学习、接受新东西的,贵阳一直在通过组织咖啡活动吸引众多外地商户参展,在大家互动交流中,本地市场也越来越有活力。”

三木屿咖啡的联合创始人徐豆豆这次带来两款为这次咖啡节专门研发的特调——“椰子在冲浪”和“太湖姑娘”,摊位前很快排起队伍。她说:“贵阳咖啡氛围这两年非常强,文化底蕴厚,精品咖啡过来不需要大力气去科普。从商家角度看,游客也愿意为咖啡买单。”

Fisher coffee市场部的晓晓是第二次来贵阳,语气里带着期待。“去年来过一次,被当地顾客的热情感动到,所以这次小伙伴听说贵阳要做咖啡文化活动,我立刻说一定要再来看看粉丝们。”她回忆道,去年现场有很多顾客走过来跟她说,喝了好多年我们家的咖啡,没想到这么远还能在贵阳见到我们。“在这里,有发声就有回应。”

“贵阳不产咖啡豆,但产咖啡冠军。”montagio山上有豆负责人顾星星说:“这次咖啡文化活动让我对于贵阳消费者对于咖啡的接受度、本地品牌的专业程度和整体氛围都有了更深刻的印象,期待下次再来。”

David, the manager of Mowent Coffee, is visiting Guiyang for the first time. He told reporters, "The coffee atmosphere in Guiyang is particularly good, and we came specifically to experience it."
