咖啡博物馆里的技能竞赛Skills Competition in the Coffee Museum
海南是我国最早种植咖啡的省份之一。20世纪50年代,一批批东南亚归国华侨,带回了咖啡种子和一手铁锅翻炒的绝活,制成了口感独一无二的“华侨风味”咖啡。如今,这段醇香历史,在海南省万宁市兴隆吉纳客咖啡博物馆里的一场咖啡师技能竞赛中得以延续。
2026年,万宁市第四届“工会杯”咖啡师行业技能竞赛刚刚在这里成功举办。来自海南全省的140余名咖啡师,在咖啡直播带货、咖啡生豆烘焙、咖啡冲泡三个赛道同台竞技。
与往届不同,除了首次增设直播带货赛道,本届竞赛更实现了职业技能等级证书与竞赛结果直接挂钩。其中,在咖啡冲泡赛道中,金、银、铜奖共3名选手直接晋升咖啡师三级,优胜奖选手可晋升咖啡师四级,已达到四级的可晋升为三级。
“证书直接打通职业上升通道,极大地缩短了选手们的职业晋升时间。”赛事评委吴慕旭表示,得益于咖啡师技能竞赛的连续举办,本届竞赛选手整体水平明显提升。
本届竞赛的咖啡冲泡冠军李烽是第一次参赛。在他看来,竞赛最大的意义是让咖啡师这个职业被看见。
咖啡生豆烘焙冠军黄玮是第二次参赛,去年获得亚军。她开店8年,主攻海南本土罗布斯塔豆,家人从事咖啡种植。“能跟同行交流、接触行业的前沿信息,和获得奖牌一样有价值。”她说。
本届竞赛首次设立的咖啡直播带货赛道,则回应了当下咖啡产业专业技能人才向复合型人才转型的新需求。该赛道冠军张冬君说:“通过场景化表达,让消费者隔着屏幕也能感受到咖啡的魅力。”
“让更多一线咖啡从业者通过竞赛平台实现技能晋升、职业出彩。让更多消费者知道,一杯好咖啡的背后,是一个被尊重、有保障的职业。”万宁市总工会相关负责人表示,下一步将继续深化“工会+人社+行业”联动机制,扩大竞赛覆盖面。

Hainan is one of the earliest provinces in China to cultivate coffee. In the 1950s, batches of overseas Chinese returning from Southeast Asia brought back coffee seeds and the unique skill of stir frying in an iron pot, creating a one-of-a-kind "overseas Chinese flavor" coffee. Nowadays, this rich and fragrant history has been continued in a barista skills competition held at Xinglongjinaike Coffee Museum in Wanning City, Hainan Province.
In 2026, the 4th "Union Cup" Barista Industry Skills Competition in Wanning City was successfully held here. More than 140 baristas from all over Hainan province competed on the same stage in three tracks: live streaming coffee sales, roasting of green coffee beans, and coffee brewing.
Unlike previous competitions, this year's competition not only added a live streaming sales track for the first time, but also directly linked vocational skill level certificates to competition results. Among them, in the coffee brewing track, three contestants with gold, silver, and bronze awards will be directly promoted to the third level of barista. The winning contestants can be promoted to the fourth level of barista, and those who have reached the fourth level can be promoted to the third level.
The certificate directly opens up the career advancement channel and greatly shortens the career promotion time for the contestants, "said competition judge Wu Muxu. Thanks to the continuous hosting of the barista skills competition, the overall level of the contestants in this competition has significantly improved.
The coffee brewing champion Li Feng of this competition is participating for the first time. In his opinion, the greatest significance of competition is to make the profession of barista visible.
Huang Wei, the champion of coffee bean roasting, participated for the second time and won the runner up last year. She has been running a store for 8 years, specializing in local Robusta beans in Hainan, and her family is engaged in coffee cultivation. Being able to communicate with peers and access cutting-edge industry information is as valuable as winning medals, "she said.
The coffee live streaming sales track, established for the first time in this competition, responds to the new demand for professional and skilled talents in the coffee industry to transform into versatile talents. Champion Zhang Dongjun of the track said, "Through scene based expression, consumers can feel the charm of coffee even through the screen
