  在刚刚落下帷幕的2026第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛颁奖典礼现场,一个消息让全场沸腾——临沧市耕夏庄园的传统水洗瑰夏以91.78分斩获冠军,临翔区松风咖啡合作社的水洗瑰夏紧随其后拿下季军。三支云南咖啡生豆首次在国际评审中突破90分大关。在CoE“咖啡生豆奥林匹克”的严苛体系里,90分以上代表“卓越级”。

  这不是一次偶然的爆发。从精品到金字招牌,临沧咖啡用了十多年的时间完成了产业的跃迁,终于在聚光灯下迎来了属于自己的高光时刻。

  但这两支豆子凭什么能上90分?

  强基地:把“第一车间”扎进红土地上

  “种咖啡急不得,十五年了我一直在基地里摸爬滚打。”站在临沧市镇康县马鞍山连绵的咖啡林间,临沧市恒丰种植开发有限公司负责人杨志学语气笃定,“没有稳定的基地,就不可能有精品品牌,产业要想跑得远,第一车间必须扎进土里。”

  临沧咖啡从农户零星散种、品种混杂、管护粗放,一步步走向连片标准化、绿色有机化,杨志学是见证者。

  十五年扎根,换来的是基地管理的厚积薄发。恒丰种植公司目前已坐拥2000亩连片标准化咖啡基地,同步配套坚果林下间种示范园、标准化初加工车间,是镇康忙丙乡规模化基地建设的样板主体。

  临沧这些年,扎扎实实做了一件事:把基地标准化,把基地精品化。全市建成咖啡产业基地29万亩,优化形成镇康、云县、双江、临翔、永德五大核心种植区,建成千亩连片咖啡园9片、百亩咖啡园142片,同时大力推广萨其姆、瑰夏、铁皮卡等优质高端品种。

  正是这样的串联成片,才让耕夏、松风等参赛庄园的豆子从幼苗生长到鲜果成熟全程拥有稳定、均衡的生长环境,这正是两株90分顶级生豆与生俱来的品质底气。

  重科技:全流程技术托举卓越风味

  有了好地,还要有好种、好技术。

  “以前种咖啡凭经验,现在一杯测土数据、一套发酵参数,就能调出想要的风味。”临翔咖农朱宏的松风合作社豆子拿下季军,他坦言科技是突破90分的关键推手。

  镇康哈里庄园营养袋装填现场,技术员黄佑军正在手把手教学:“装之前,要先拉两下模具,感觉滑了,再拉出来。这个袋子轻轻放,手轻轻一拔,刚好放在这个平面的地方就可以了。”从营养袋装填到播种管护,技术员通过手把手实操教学,规范每一道育苗工序,统一育苗标准,确保幼苗出苗齐、长势匀、成活率高。

  一粒种子关乎一杯好咖啡的命运。临沧深知“种业”是咖啡产业的“芯片”。全市组建了市县两级科技服务队伍,创新推行“五个一”服务模式——系统谋划一个工作方案、梳理一批产业技术需求、实施一批技术攻关项目、推进一批科技成果转化、引培一批重点龙头企业。

  农技人员定期上门,指导农户推行坚咖立体间种改善微气候。参赛的两支瑰夏豆,从鲜果分拣、水洗发酵到生豆晾晒,每一步都遵循科技服务队制定的标准化参数,精准锁住瑰夏标志性茉莉、柑橘甜香。

  科技打通“田间到杯测”全链条,彻底补齐临沧咖啡风味短板,让普通庄园也能稳定产出突破90分的顶级生豆。

  扶大户:让“临沧味道”站上世界舞台

  有好豆子,还得有人把它变成好品牌。

  今年南博会上,秋珀庄园的销售总监唐小雁忙得脚不沾地,带来的精品豆样品被客商反复询价,她说品牌客户已覆盖北上广深,海外客商的支持也越来越多。旁边,昆明一家咖啡贸易公司负责人刚结束一轮杯测,忍不住感叹:“临沧咖啡豆干净明亮,自带花香,太贴合消费者的口味。”

  耕夏、秋珀、哈里、云佳、松风……这些听起来颇具诗意的名字,如今已成为临沧咖啡闯荡市场的“尖兵”。

  过去,临沧咖啡多以原料形式低价出售,如今,通过政策扶持标准化基地建设、加工车间升级,搭建参展、赛事、宣传全渠道平台,临沧已培育出32个本土品牌,“镇康咖啡”“双江咖啡”先后入选全国名特优新农产品。从2021年开始,临沧咖啡企业已在国内国际赛事中斩获了8次冠军。

  如今,临沧咖啡不再只是产地标签,而是国际评审认可、市场追捧的品质金字招牌。

  引龙头:让产业链强起来

  2025年6月,一个重磅消息在临沧咖啡圈炸开了锅,库迪咖啡来了。

  在此之前,库迪的供应链团队几乎走遍了国内所有咖啡主产区。他们看种质、看产能、看加工条件,更看当地对产业的态度。最终,他们把目光锁定了临沧。

  “临沧拥有顶级的咖啡种质资源、稳定优质的原料产能。”库迪咖啡供应链中心原产地寻源部负责人宋嘉旺说。但他紧接着补了一句:“更关键的是,临沧务实高效的政务服务、贴心暖心的营商环境,让我们下定决心深耕这里。”

  签约之后,临沧拿出了“全程跟进、靠前服务”的姿态。企业遇到什么堵点,专班就出现在哪里;要素缺什么,保障就补什么。

  库迪的到来,不只是多了一家工厂。它补齐了临沧咖啡长期以来的短板——精深加工能力不足、品牌影响力有限、市场渠道狭窄……产品附加值大幅提升,深山里的好豆子真正实现了优质优价。

  两支临沧咖啡豆双双跨过90分大关,是临沧产业多年深耕精品化的阶段性高光。“稳基地、强科技、扶大户、引龙头”四步举措环环相扣,让澜沧江畔的小小咖啡豆,从山野精品,一步步淬炼为享誉国内外的产业金字招牌。

This is not an accidental outburst. From boutique to golden signboard, Lincang Coffee has taken more than ten years to complete its industrial leap and finally ushered in its own shining moment under the spotlight.

But why can these two beans score 90 points?

Strong Base: Digging the 'First Workshop' into the Red Soil Ground

I can't rush to grow coffee. I've been struggling in the base for fifteen years, "said Yang Zhixue, the head of Hengfeng Planting and Development Co., Ltd. in Lincang City, standing among the continuous coffee forests in Ma'anshan, Zhenkang County." Lincang coffee has gradually moved from scattered planting by farmers, mixed varieties, and extensive management to standardized and green organic production. Yang Zhixue is a witness.

Fifteen years of rooting have resulted in the accumulation and development of base management. Hengfeng Planting Company currently has a 2000 acre contiguous standardized coffee base, which is accompanied by a demonstration park for intercropping under the nut forest and a standardized initial processing workshop. It is a model body for the construction of large-scale bases in Mangbing Township, Zhenkang.

In recent years, Lincang has done one thing solidly: standardize and refine the base. A coffee industry base covering 290000 acres has been established in the city, optimizing the formation of five core planting areas: Zhenkang, Yunxian, Shuangjiang, Linxiang, and Yongde. Nine thousand acre contiguous coffee gardens and 142 hundred acre coffee gardens have been built, while vigorously promoting high-quality high-end varieties such as Saqim, Guixia, and Tiepika.

It is precisely this kind of connection that enables the beans from participating estates such as Gengxia and Songfeng to have a stable and balanced growth environment from seedlings to fresh fruit maturity. This is the inherent quality confidence of the two top 90 point green beans.

With good land, there also needs to be good seeds and good technology.

In the past, coffee cultivation relied on experience, but now with a cup of soil testing data and a set of fermentation parameters, the desired flavor can be achieved. "Linxiang coffee farmer Zhu Hong's Songfeng Cooperative Bean won third place, and he admitted that technology is the key driving force behind breaking the 90 point mark.

At the filling site of the nutrition bag at the Harry Manor in Zhenkang, technician Huang Youjun is teaching step by step: "Before loading, you need to pull the mold twice, feel it slip, and then pull it out. Place the bag gently, pull it out gently with your hand, and it should be placed on this flat surface." From filling the nutrition bag to sowing management, the technician teaches step by step, standardizes each seedling cultivation process, unifies seedling cultivation standards, and ensures that the seedlings emerge evenly, grow evenly, and have a high survival rate.

A seed is related to the fate of a good cup of coffee. Lincang is well aware that "seed industry" is the "chip" of the coffee industry. The city has established a two-level science and technology service team at the city and county levels, innovatively promoting the "Five Ones" service model - systematically planning a work plan, sorting out a batch of industrial technology needs, implementing a batch of technical research projects, promoting the transformation of a batch of scientific and technological achievements, and attracting and training a batch of key leading enterprises.

Agricultural technicians regularly visit farmers to guide them in promoting three-dimensional intercropping of coffee to improve microclimate. The two Guixia beans participating in the competition, from fresh fruit sorting, water washing and fermentation to raw bean drying, follow the standardized parameters formulated by the technology service team at every step, accurately locking in Guixia's iconic jasmine and citrus sweet aroma.

Technology connects the entire chain of "field to cup testing", completely filling the gap in the flavor of Lincang coffee, allowing ordinary estates to consistently produce top-quality green beans that exceed 90 points.

Helping the wealthy: Let the 'Lincang flavor' stand on the world stage

There are good beans, and someone needs to turn them into a good brand.

At this year's South China International Fair, Tang Xiaoyan, the sales director of Qiupo Manor, was so busy that she couldn't touch the ground. The high-quality bean samples she brought were repeatedly inquired about by customers. She said that the brand's customers have covered Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, and the support of overseas customers is also increasing. Nearby, the head of a coffee trading company in Kunming had just finished a round of cup tests and could not help sighing: "Lincang coffee beans are clean and bright, with their own floral fragrance, which is too close to consumers' taste."

Geng Xia, Qiu Po, Harry, Yun Jia, Song Feng... These poetic sounding names have now become the "vanguard" of Lincang Coffee's market expansion.

In the past, Lincang coffee was mostly sold at low prices in the form of raw materials. Nowadays, through policy support for the construction of standardized bases, upgrading of processing workshops, and building a multi-channel platform for exhibitions, competitions, and promotion, Lincang has cultivated 32 local brands. "Zhenkang Coffee" and "Shuangjiang Coffee" have been selected as national famous and excellent new agricultural products. Since 2021, Lincang Coffee Company has won 8 championships in domestic and international competitions.

Nowadays, Lincang coffee is no longer just a place of origin label, but a quality golden signboard recognized by international judges and sought after by the market.

Leading the way: strengthening the industrial chain

In June 2025, a heavyweight news exploded in the Lincang coffee circle, and Kudi Coffee arrived.

Prior to this, Kudi's supply chain team had almost traveled to all major coffee producing regions in China. They look at germplasm, production capacity, processing conditions, and more importantly, the local attitude towards the industry. In the end, they fixed their gaze on Lincang.

After signing the contract, Lincang adopted a posture of "full follow-up and advanced service". Wherever a company encounters obstacles, specialized teams will appear; Whatever elements are lacking, ensure that they are replenished.

Kudi's arrival is not just about adding another factory. It fills in the gaps that Lincang Coffee has long had - insufficient deep processing capabilities, limited brand influence, and narrow market channels... The added value of the product has greatly increased, and the good beans in the deep mountains have truly achieved high quality and good price.

Two Lincang coffee beans have crossed the 90 point mark, which is a milestone in Lincang's industry's years of deep cultivation and refinement. The four steps of "stabilizing the base, strengthening technology, supporting large households, and leading the way" are interrelated, allowing the small coffee beans on the banks of the Lancang River to be refined step by step from high-quality products in the mountains and fields to become a well-known industry brand both domestically and internationally.
