这里是与哥伦比亚、牙买加蓝山同享光热的秘境——云南临沧。近年来,这个低调的产区频频出圈。5年来,临沧咖啡如同一匹黑马,在国际赛场上斩获8次冠军。
刚刚落下帷幕的2026第二届云南瑰宝咖啡生豆大赛(云南卓越杯试点赛)上,临沧耕夏庄园有限公司与临沧市临翔区松风咖啡种植农民专业合作社参赛的两支咖啡豆双双超过90分,分别位列第一、第三。
临沧市农业农村局相关负责人介绍:“此次优异成绩的取得,很大程度上得益于政策引领,以及从商业到精品的系统性赛道切换。省级层面出台‘咖六条’政策,每年投入专项支持资金。在政策强力推动下,咖啡精品率、精深加工率显著提升。”
品种是品质的基因。镇康县等地积极推进品种改良,不仅种植传统的“卡蒂姆”“撒奇莫”系列,更大力引进巴拿马“瑰夏”、肯尼亚“巴天”等高端品种。目前,临沧已筛选出12个适宜本地种植的咖啡优良品种。
如果说基地是骨架,那么科技就是临沧咖啡成长的关键支撑。
近年来,临沧大力推行咖啡基地配套施用有机肥、生物防治技术、滴灌设备等精细化管理手段。制定《咖啡产业高质量发展工作方案(2025—2035年)》,规划到2030年建成60万亩产业基地。在加工端,临沧市正重点突破精深加工技术瓶颈,耕夏庄园此次夺冠的传统水洗“瑰夏”咖啡生豆正是精细化加工能力的体现。
“以前种咖啡全凭经验,现在一杯测土数据、一套发酵参数,就能调出想要的风味。”松风合作社负责人朱宏说,科技是庄园种出90分以上咖啡豆的关键推手。在临沧,农技员推行科学技术服务模式,从营养袋育苗的规范动作,到水洗发酵的精准控温,打通了“从田间到杯测”的全链条。
上届比赛的冠军——秋珀庄园为咖啡树挂上了物联网传感器,实时监测微气候,用科研团队的力量将风味的偶然性变为必然性,科学计算的精度让稳定的花香、柑橘甜香成为临沧豆的标配。
有好豆子,更要卖出好价钱。面对精深加工率低的短板,临沧选择了抱团突围。一方面,本土品牌如雨后春笋般涌现,耕夏、秋珀等32个品牌将临沧味道封装进挂耳包和冷萃液;另一方面,库迪咖啡5亿元全产业链产业园的落地,补齐了精深加工的短板,让深山豆实现了就地加工,就地升值。
临沧市农业农村局的数据显示,2025年末,全市咖啡种植面积29.22万亩、产量2.48万吨,农业产值9.92亿元;现有咖啡企业51户,建成36条咖啡初加工生产线,年加工鲜果产能达20万吨;建成11条精深加工生产线,年加工产能7万吨,主要生产咖啡壳豆、生豆、烘焙豆、挂耳咖啡、冻干咖啡粉、咖啡冷萃液等产品。临沧市种植品种有21个,主要以“ 卡 蒂 姆 ”“ 萨 奇姆 ”“ 巴 天 ”“ 瑰 夏 ”为主;咖啡良种覆盖率达31%、精品率达33%,咖啡豆精深加工率达37%。
一业活,百业兴。2025年,临沧咖啡庄园接待游客超23万人次,“咖啡+文旅”“咖啡+研学”让产区变景区,三产产值达4.7亿元。在沧源佤族自治县糯良乡,咖农赵红芳把土地流转给庄园,自己变成了产业工人,不仅能拿租金,还能学技术。从靠天吃饭到科技种豆,从做零售到做品牌,赵红芳一年的收入翻了番。

The relevant person in charge of the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Lincang City introduced, "The excellent results achieved this time are largely due to policy guidance and a systematic track switch from business to fine products. At the provincial level, the 'Six Measures for Coffee' policy has been introduced, and special support funds are invested every year. With the strong promotion of the policy, the coffee quality rate and deep processing rate have significantly increased
Variety is the gene of quality. Zhenkang County and other places actively promote variety improvement, not only planting traditional "Katim" and "Sakimo" series, but also vigorously introducing high-end varieties such as Panama's "Guixia" and Kenya's "Batian". At present, Lincang has screened 12 excellent coffee varieties suitable for local cultivation.
If the base is the backbone, then technology is the key support for the growth of Lincang Coffee.
In recent years, Lincang has vigorously promoted refined management methods such as the application of organic fertilizers, biological control technology, and drip irrigation equipment in coffee bases. Develop the 'Work Plan for High Quality Development of the Coffee Industry (2025-2035)' and plan to build a 600000 acre industrial base by 2030. On the processing side, Lincang City is focusing on breaking through the bottleneck of deep processing technology. The traditional washed "Guixia" coffee beans that won the championship at Gengxia Manor this time are a reflection of its refined processing capabilities.
In the past, growing coffee relied entirely on experience, but now with a cup of soil testing data and a set of fermentation parameters, you can create the desired flavor, "said Zhu Hong, the person in charge of Songfeng Cooperative. Technology is the key driver for the plantation to grow coffee beans with a score of over 90. In Lincang, agricultural technicians have implemented a scientific and technological service model, from standardized operations of nutrient bag seedling cultivation to precise temperature control of washing and fermentation, connecting the entire chain from field to cup testing.
The champion of the previous competition, Qiupo Manor, has installed IoT sensors on coffee trees to monitor microclimates in real-time. With the power of a research team, the randomness of flavors has been turned into inevitability, and the accuracy of scientific calculations has made stable floral and citrus sweet aromas a standard feature of Lincang beans.
Having good beans means selling them at a good price. Faced with the weakness of low deep processing rate, Lincang chose to break through together. On the one hand, local brands have sprung up like mushrooms after rain, with 32 brands such as Gengxia and Qiupo encapsulating the flavor of Lincang into ear bags and cold extracts; On the other hand, the landing of the 500 million yuan full industry chain industrial park of Kudi Coffee has filled the gap in deep processing and enabled on-site processing and appreciation of deep mountain beans.
According to data from the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Lincang City, by the end of 2025, the city's coffee planting area will be 292200 mu, with a yield of 24800 tons and an agricultural output value of 992 million yuan; There are currently 51 coffee enterprises, with 36 initial coffee processing production lines built, and an annual fresh fruit processing capacity of 200000 tons; Build 11 deep processing production lines with an annual processing capacity of 70000 tons, mainly producing coffee shell beans, green beans, roasted beans, hanging ear coffee, freeze-dried coffee powder, coffee cold extract and other products. There are 21 varieties planted in Lincang City, mainly including "Katim", "Sachim", "Batian" and "Guixia"; The coverage rate of high-quality coffee varieties is 31%, the premium rate is 33%, and the deep processing rate of coffee beans is 37%.

By 2025, Lincang Coffee Plantation will receive over 230000 visitors, and the combination of "coffee+cultural tourism" and "coffee+academic research" will turn the production area into a scenic spot, with a tertiary industry output value of 470 million yuan.
