A single bean is hard to come by! Taiwan Youth: The future of Yunnan coffee is not only delicious, but also a common stage for young people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait
Su Yunkai, from Taipei, has been influenced by his grandparents since childhood and has a passion for Yunnan cuisine and a good understanding of Yunnan dialect. He has long harbored the desire to travel to Yunnan. Crossing the strait, he came to Menglian on the China Myanmar border and operated a coffee plantation base. In just a few years, the annual output of the base exceeded 1700 tons. Nowadays, he not only sells coffee to Shanghai and Shenzhen, but also sets up a trading company in Taiwan to promote Yunnan specialty coffee to Southeast Asia. In Su Yunkai's view, the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are thriving together, with "cloud cafes" connecting mountains and seas. The Yunnan South Coffee Park is not only a fertile ground for his personal entrepreneurship, but also a broad stage for young people from both sides to work together to pursue their dreams and develop together.
