7月3日上午，施甸县召开全县咖啡、富硒产业发展专题会议，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述，深化落实习近平总书记考察云南重要讲话精神，认真落实省委、市委关于高原特色农业发展的部署要求，进一步统一思想、凝聚共识，明确任务、压实责任，动员全县上下抢抓机遇、真抓实干，全力推动富硒产业和咖啡产业高质量发展。

会议指出，当前正是聚力发展咖啡产业的黄金机遇期。施甸发展咖啡产业具备产业基础，有自然条件和气候优势，全县上下要大力营造种咖啡、喝咖啡、讲咖啡、售咖啡的良好氛围，全力推动咖啡产业提质增效。
会议强调，要做优咖啡产业，打造精品咖啡核心产区。围绕构建“良种繁育、标准化种植、鲜果加工、深度烘焙、品牌营销、咖啡庄园文旅”于一体的精品咖啡全产业链，重点抓好扩大咖啡种植规模、引进推广精品品种、构建全链条加工体系和打造庄园经济样板四项工作。要做强富硒产业，打造“高山硒谷”特色品牌。围绕“种养有标准、加工有产能、产品有认证、市场有品牌”的产业体系，重点抓好做大发展规模、提升产品品质、延伸产业链条和打造特色品牌四项工作。
会议要求，全县各乡镇、各部门要树牢“一盘棋”思想，提高政治站位、深化思想认识，树立和践行正确政绩观，把富硒产业和咖啡产业发展摆在重要位置，作为推动乡村振兴、促进群众增收的重要抓手。县级领导要带头挂帅、靠前指挥，各乡镇党委政府要扛起主体责任，各相关部门要各司其职、各负其责。在资金保障上，要统筹整合涉农资金、乡村振兴衔接资金，加大对富硒和咖啡产业的支持力度。在要素保障上，要加快推进土地流转，盘活闲置土地资源，为规模化种植提供用地保障。在人才科技保障上，要加强与高校科研院所合作，引进专业技术人才，培养一批懂技术、善经营、会管理的产业带头人。依托中国地质大学（武汉）定点帮扶优势，加快推进富硒资源普查和精准富硒服务。

The meeting emphasized the need to optimize the coffee industry and create a core production area for premium coffee. Focusing on building a high-quality coffee industry chain that integrates "breeding of superior varieties, standardized planting, processing of fresh fruits, deep roasting, brand marketing, and cultural tourism of coffee plantations", we will focus on expanding the scale of coffee cultivation, introducing and promoting high-quality varieties, constructing a full chain processing system, and creating a model of estate economy. To strengthen the selenium rich industry and create a distinctive brand of "High Mountain Selenium Valley". Focusing on the industrial system of "standard planting and breeding, production capacity, product certification, and brand in the market", we will focus on four tasks: expanding the scale of development, improving product quality, extending the industrial chain, and creating distinctive brands.
The meeting requires all townships and departments in the county to firmly establish the "one game" ideology, improve their political stance, deepen their ideological understanding, establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, and place the development of selenium rich and coffee industries in an important position as important means to promote rural revitalization and increase people's income.
