专家齐聚保山研讨咖啡深加工技术Experts gather in Baoshan to discuss coffee deep processing technology

云南网讯(记者 李建国 通讯员 李志旭)7月2日,云南省重大科技专项计划“咖啡绿色高效萃取及风味保真技术与装备研发”项目启动会在保山市召开。

省科技厅,保山市科技局、保山产业园区管委会及高校、科研院所、咖啡产业链企业、装备制造企业代表齐聚一堂,研讨咖啡深加工关键技术,推动云南咖啡产业由原料优势向技术、品牌优势跨越。

项目由云南奥福智能装备股份有限公司牵头,联合云南师范大学、昆明理工大学、保山学院、保山市检验检测院等多家单位协同攻关。

专项计划聚焦5大核心方向,依托多光谱AI智能分选、闭环香气回收、生物抑霉减害、柔性定制生产线等原创技术,建成绿色智能加工示范线,编制6项行业技术标准。项目落地后,咖啡芳香物质留存率超85%,综合能耗降低25%以上,优质咖啡豆产出率提升15%,全方位降低黄曲霉毒素污染风险。

启动会上,保山学院与云南奥福智能装备股份有限公司战略合作签约、“咖啡风味保真技术与装备研发联合实验室”揭牌。

Yunnan News (Reporter Li Jianguo, Correspondent Li Zhixu) On July 2nd, the launch meeting of the Yunnan Province Major Science and Technology Special Project "Research and Development of Green and Efficient Extraction and Flavor Preservation Technology and Equipment for Coffee" was held in Baoshan City.

Representatives from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Baoshan Science and Technology Bureau, Baoshan Industrial Park Management Committee, universities, research institutes, coffee industry chain enterprises, and equipment manufacturing enterprises gathered together to discuss key technologies for coffee deep processing, promoting Yunnan's coffee industry to transition from raw material advantages to technological and brand advantages.

The project is led by Yunnan Aofu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Yunnan Normal University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Baoshan University, Baoshan Inspection and Testing Institute and other units to tackle the problem.

The special plan focuses on 5 core directions, relying on original technologies such as multispectral AI intelligent sorting, closed-loop aroma recovery, biological mold suppression and pest reduction, and flexible customized production lines, to build a green intelligent processing demonstration line and formulate 6 industry technical standards. After the project is implemented, the retention rate of coffee aroma compounds exceeds 85%, the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by more than 25%, the yield of high-quality coffee beans is increased by 15%, and the risk of aflatoxin pollution is comprehensively reduced.

At the kickoff meeting, Baoshan College signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yunnan Aofu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and unveiled the "Joint Laboratory for Coffee Flavor Authenticity Technology and Equipment Research and Development".
