The former lays out a health service system throughout the entire life cycle, while the latter provides a specific path for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. In the past, these two main lines often went their separate ways - one was the construction of the public health system and medical insurance reform, and the other was the sinking of traditional Chinese medicine clinics and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
