7月13日，昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院主办的精品咖啡、佤味特色食品、生态果酒产学研深度交流会在昆明召开。斐洛里咖啡与昆明理工大学博士科研团队正式签约，合力研发多元化特色风味咖啡。省内多家本土食品龙头企业齐聚校园，以产教融合为抓手，共商云南高原特色产业提质升级之路。

活动现场设置了产品品鉴、专题座谈、战略合作签约三大板块。活动现场，出席活动的嘉宾和科研团队现场品鉴多款咖啡样品，结合食品学科专业技术，针对生产工艺优化、创新产品开发等产业难点开展深度交流。

据悉，斐洛里咖啡是一个源自1917年美国的品牌，2024年被中国团队全资收购，现已发展成为一家拥有从种植到全球销售一体化供应链体系的咖啡企业。在云南普洱市孟连傣族拉祜族佤族自治县、江城哈尼族彝族自治县拥有超‌2万亩‌自有咖啡种植基地，其中1500亩获得有机认证，种植瑰夏、花魁等优质品种。

座谈会上，昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院负责人介绍了院内科研平台、师资储备与人才培养模式，推介技术攻关、实习实训、定向育才等合作渠道。各企业结合自身发展难题，围绕咖啡品质提升、产业链数字化、专业运营人才缺口等议题畅所欲言，校企双向对接，敲定多项适配合作方案。

斐洛里咖啡董事长包林向记者表示，将立足云南，建设更多优质咖啡种植基地，并打通人才、产业、创新三大链条，有效弥补云南特色食品行业技术、人才缺口。校企双方达成共识，一个月内完成实训基地挂牌与首轮技术对接，分步落地联合研发、学生顶岗实习项目，合力打造云南产学研融合标杆，推动本土特色产业规模化、高端化、品牌化发展。（云南网记者 李向雄）

It is reported that Filory Coffee is a brand that originated in the United States in 1917 and was fully acquired by a Chinese team in 2024. It has now developed into a coffee enterprise with an integrated supply chain system from cultivation to global sales. In Menglian Dai, Lahu and Va Autonomous County and Jiangcheng Hani and Yi Autonomous County of Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, there are over 20000 acres of self owned coffee planting bases, of which 1500 acres have obtained organic certification and planted high-quality varieties such as Guixia and Huakui.

At the symposium, the person in charge of the School of Food Science and Engineering at Kunming University of Science and Technology introduced the internal research platform, faculty reserve, and talent cultivation model of the school, and promoted cooperation channels such as technological breakthroughs, internships and practical training, and targeted talent cultivation. Each enterprise, based on their own development challenges, freely expressed their opinions on topics such as improving coffee quality, digitizing the industrial chain, and the shortage of professional operation talents. Through two-way communication between schools and enterprises, multiple adaptation and cooperation plans were finalized.

The "Fine Coffee Industry Chain School Enterprise Cooperation Framework Agreement" signed between Feiloli Coffee and the doctoral research team of Kunming University of Science and Technology has identified five long-term cooperation directions: jointly tackling core technologies for coffee flavor blending, preservation and storage; Targeted training of professionals in research and development, quality inspection, and brand operation; Co building off campus internship and training bases; Innovatively developing new coffee drinks and lightweight pre made foods; Relying on big data and industrial planning resources, assist in the construction of local coffee brands and the implementation of projects.

Feiloli Coffee Chairman Bao Lin told reporters that he will base himself in Yunnan, build more high-quality coffee planting bases, and connect the three major chains of talent, industry, and innovation, effectively filling the gap in technology and talent in Yunnan's specialty food industry. The school and enterprise have reached a consensus to complete the listing of the training base and the first round of technical docking within one month, and to gradually implement joint research and development and student on-the-job internship projects, jointly creating a benchmark for the integration of industry, academia and research in Yunnan, and promoting the scale, high-end and brand development of local characteristic industries.
