7月16日,2026“爽爽贵阳·世界风味餐饮消费周”暨2026WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区总决赛在贵阳万象城正式开赛。40余名来自全国各地的顶尖咖啡冲煮选手同台竞技,以专业实力角逐全国最高荣誉。这是该项顶级赛事首次离开长三角、落户西南地区,也是贵阳作为“咖啡冠军之城”的又一高光时刻。

本次赛事由国内唯一主办单位上海博华举办,是通往WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛总决赛的重要选拔通道。中国赛区历经11个月,先后在成都、澳门、深圳、广州、南京、普洱、台州、拉萨、贵阳等9个赛区巡回选拔,最终40余位顶尖冲煮选手齐聚贵阳展开巅峰对决。赛事分为“指定冲煮”与“自选冲煮”两大环节——前者要求选手使用同一批咖啡豆、磨豆机和冲煮用水,比拼最纯粹的技术硬实力;后者则由选手自主设计创意展演,考验对咖啡风味的深度理解与美学表达。7月19日,中国区总冠军将在贵阳诞生。

7月17日至19日,最具互动性的“冠军回吧台”环节同步举办。彭近洋(2025世界咖啡冲煮大赛全球总冠军)、徐可馨(2026世界咖啡师大赛深圳赛区冠军)、强华(CCL中国咖啡联盟冲煮评审委员会委员)、梁嘉宸(2026世界咖啡师大赛中国区季军)、雷鸣(中国咖啡冲煮大赛评审)等多位冠军级主理人将轮番现身咖啡摊位,面对面为市民冲煮咖啡、分享理念。消费者无需报名、不设门槛,到现场即可享受“冠军级”咖啡体验。

7月20日赛事落幕后,贵阳市商务局将邀请本次比赛的冠军选手和国际评审,分三条线路探访南明、云岩、观山湖商圈特色咖啡门店,实地调研贵阳咖啡文旅融合与烘焙全产业链发展现状。

On July 16th, the 2026 "Shuangshuang Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals officially kicked off at the Wanda Plaza in Guiyang. More than 40 top coffee brewing players from all over the country competed on the same stage, competing for the highest honor in the country with their professional strength. This is the first time that this top-level competition has left the Yangtze River Delta and settled in the southwest region, and it is also another shining moment for Guiyang as the "City of Coffee Champions".

This competition is hosted by Shanghai Bohua, the only domestic organizer, and is an important selection channel leading to the final of the WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition. After 11 months of touring selection in 9 regions including Chengdu, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Pu'er, Taizhou, Lhasa, and Guiyang, the China region finally gathered over 40 top brewing contestants in Guiyang for a peak showdown. The competition is divided into two parts: "designated brewing" and "optional brewing". The former requires participants to use the same batch of coffee beans, grinder, and brewing water to compete for the purest technical strength; The latter is designed and creatively presented by the contestants themselves, testing their deep understanding and aesthetic expression of coffee flavor. On July 19th, the China regional champion will be born in Guiyang.

During the competition, the "Super Gravity Coffee Festival" will be held simultaneously at the entrance square of No.1 Wanda Plaza in Guiyang. More than 60 domestic and foreign top coffee brands have made a concentrated appearance, with over 50% of them being the first entry brands in Guiyang, and also gathering international brands such as Japan and the UK, as well as well-known local brands. Citizens can experience coffee culture from around the world in one stop and feel the rich atmosphere of coffee culture.

The most interactive "Champion Returns to the Bar" event will be held simultaneously from July 17th to 19th. Peng Jinyang (Global Champion of the 2025 World Coffee Brewing Competition), Xu Kexin (Champion of the Shenzhen Division of the 2026 World Barista Competition), Qianghua (Member of the Brewing Evaluation Committee of the CCL China Coffee Alliance), Liang Jiachen (Third Prize of the 2026 World Barista Competition in China), Lei Ming (Judge of the China Coffee Brewing Competition) and other championship level managers will take turns appearing at coffee stalls, brewing coffee for citizens face-to-face and sharing ideas. Consumers do not need to register or set any thresholds, and can enjoy a "champion level" coffee experience at the venue.

After the end of the competition on July 20th, the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce will invite the champion contestants and international judges of this competition to visit characteristic coffee shops in Nanming, Yunyan, and Guanshanhu business districts in three routes, and conduct on-site research on the current situation of the integration of coffee culture and tourism and the development of the entire baking industry chain in Guiyang.

The landing of the "Refreshing Guiyang · World Flavor Catering Consumption Week" and the 2026WBrC World Coffee Brewing Competition China Finals is another vivid practice of Guiyang's implementation of the "Five Refinements" cultural and tourism consumption strategy. Guiyang is known as the "City of Coffee Champions" and boasts over 3000 coffee shops.
