7月17日,普洱市咖啡师人才协会成立大会暨第一届第一次会员大会在普洱市思茅区举行,会议选举产生了普洱市咖啡师人才协会第一届理事会员。

普洱市咖啡师人才协会是由普洱市人力资源和社会保障局主管、普洱咖啡师人才服务中心牵头筹备成立的地方性非营利行业社会团体,也是全国公共就业服务能力提升示范项目配套核心载体,协会的成立标志着普洱市咖啡产业人才队伍建设迈入新阶段。

会上,普洱市咖啡师人才协会现场与普洱咖啡协会、普洱咖啡青年创业者发展协会、普洱市人力资源服务协会、普洱市新媒体行业协会签署五方联合共建协议,助力打通“产、才、创、媒、服”全链条,共同推动普洱咖啡产业与人才高质量发展。

据了解,普洱市咖啡师人才协会会员覆盖普洱咖啡全产业链经营主体与一线从业者。协会以搭建“3+1+1+N”普洱咖啡师人才培养与服务协同体系,补齐普洱咖啡专业人才行业自治空白,破解行业人才标准不统一、产业资源分散、培育链条割裂等突出行业难题为核心任务,立足普洱咖啡特色产业长远发展需求,集聚全行业咖啡人才合力,统筹推进人才培育、行业标准制定、全产业链资源对接、多层次行业交流合作,持续推动咖啡人才体系规范化、专业化建设,以人才培育赋能普洱咖啡产业转型升级,全面提升区域产业发展质效,拓宽咖啡行业就业创业渠道。

普洱是全国最大的咖啡主产区。近年来,普洱市以“普洱咖啡师”人才品牌引领,围绕产业路径,一体推进标准、模式、师资、人才、产品形态升级,实现了“普洱咖啡师”从零散试点向系统架构转变,从沿用现行标准向主动构建特有体系转变,从劳务品牌统筹输出劳务向人才品牌统筹输出标准转变,促进“普洱咖啡师”技能标签升格为产业符号、文化载体,咖啡单一业态催生为“咖啡+”多元复合形态。(高玥、沈浩)

On July 17th, the founding ceremony and the first member meeting of the Pu'er Coffee Master Talent Association were held in Simao District, Pu'er City. The meeting elected the first council members of the Pu'er Coffee Master Talent Association.

The Pu'er Coffee Master Talent Association is a local non-profit industry social group established under the supervision of the Pu'er Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and led by the Pu'er Coffee Master Talent Service Center. It is also the core carrier of the national public employment service capacity improvement demonstration project. The establishment of the association marks a new stage in the construction of the Pu'er coffee industry talent team.

At the meeting, the Pu'er Coffee Talent Association signed a five party joint construction agreement with the Pu'er Coffee Association, Pu'er Coffee Youth Entrepreneur Development Association, Pu'er Human Resources Service Association, and Pu'er New Media Industry Association on site, to help connect the entire chain of "production, talent, innovation, media, and service" and jointly promote the high-quality development of the Pu'er coffee industry and talent.

It is understood that the members of the Pu'er Coffee Talent Association cover the entire Pu'er coffee industry chain management entities and frontline practitioners. The association's core task is to establish a "3+1+1+N" Pu'er barista talent training and service coordination system, fill the gap in the autonomy of the Pu'er coffee professional talent industry, solve prominent industry problems such as inconsistent talent standards, scattered industrial resources, and fragmented cultivation chains. Based on the long-term development needs of Pu'er coffee's characteristic industry, the association will gather the joint efforts of coffee talents from all industries, coordinate and promote talent cultivation, industry standard formulation, full industry chain resource docking, multi-level industry exchange and cooperation, continuously promote the standardization and professionalization of the coffee talent system, empower the transformation and upgrading of the Pu'er coffee industry through talent training, comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of regional industrial development, and broaden employment and entrepreneurship channels in the coffee industry.

Pu'er is the largest coffee producing area in China. In recent years, Pu'er City has been led by the talent brand of "Pu'er baristas" and has promoted the upgrading of standards, models, faculty, talents, and product forms around the industrial path. This has led to the transformation of "Pu'er baristas" from scattered pilot projects to system architecture, from using current standards to actively building a unique system, from labor brand coordinated output of labor services to talent brand coordinated output of standards, and promoted the upgrading of the "Pu'er baristas" skill label to an industrial symbol and cultural carrier.
