来自北京的参赛选手杨志豪为了适应贵阳的气候,提前半个月就已经抵达贵阳备赛,在他看来,从北方到南方比赛,首先要克服的便是环境的差异。“贵阳相对北京来说海拔更高、气候更潮湿,为了保存咖啡的新鲜度,我们提前把豆子做密封并放置干燥剂以免受潮”杨志豪告诉记者。不仅如此,为了提高比赛的稳定性,冲煮咖啡的水也是他提前调配好带过来的。

作为有着七年比赛经验的成熟选手,这是杨志豪第二次进入2026WBrC世界咖啡冲煮大赛中国区的决赛,这次他带着4个“锦囊妙招”来到比赛现场,他分别从咖啡豆的烘焙、保存、萃取以及水蒸气处理四个方面入手,加入自己的小巧思以达到理想的冲煮效果。

同样提前抵达比赛地贵阳的参赛选手还有来自广东中山的池甜,在她看来,虽然广东和贵州都同属南方地区,但是从比赛的角度来说,生豆、器具、烘焙以及展演的稿子都要做调整。“比赛的时候还有一些小紧张,不过一切准备就绪,结果就交给老天吧!”对于本次比赛,池甜显得非常乐观。
