滇台咖啡工匠活动昆明启幕 两岸业者以咖会友话融合The Yunnan Taiwan Coffee Craftsmen Activity kicks off in Kunming, and businesses from both sides of the Taiwan Strait merge through coffee and friendship
当日，由全国台联主办，云南省台联、台盟云南省委会承办的“山海同心·咖啡传情”滇台咖啡工匠活动在昆明启动。活动以咖啡为纽带，以文化为依托，旨在搭建一个深化两岸交流合作、促进民间情感交融的平台。
地处中国西南的云南虽与台湾远隔山海，却始终情谊绵长。两地同被北回归线横穿，相近的纬度孕育出相似的气候条件，为咖啡等特色农业合作提供天然基础。
全国台联理事、台湾中华青年发展联合会副理事长詹介元致辞称，云南咖啡产业既是特色农业赛道，也是文旅融合、电商带货的优质风口，合作空间大。“我们愿意全程扮演好资源链接者、合作助推者与日常服务者，协助台湾同胞对接供应链、拓展销售渠道等，推动云台咖啡从技艺交流走向深度研学合作，让两岸匠人的共同心血酿成融合发展的醇厚回甘。”
现场，咖啡从业者代表、中豆源咖啡豆(云南)有限公司总经理姜望讲述自己在云南保山发展精品咖啡的亲身经历。他表示，滇台两地在精细农业管理和精品咖啡理念上有着诸多共鸣，相信两地的情谊会像咖啡一样越品越浓。
昆明市台湾同胞投资企业协会副会长吴宗谚分享其在云南逐梦成长的奋斗故事。他坦言，云南不仅是种植咖啡的沃土，更是两岸青年实现理想的热土。他鼓励更多台青到云南这片充满机遇的土地上追逐未来。
启动仪式后，台湾中华青年发展联合会咖啡工匠云南参访团一行赴保山开启为期六天的参访交流，其间将实地探访咖啡产业园区、咖啡庄园，通过杯测、冲泡等切磋技艺，沉浸式体验云南独特的咖啡文化，并围绕两岸咖啡产业合作前景展开深入探讨与交流。(完)

On that day, the "Mountain and Sea Unity · Coffee Transmission" Yunnan Taiwan Coffee Craftsman Activity, hosted by the All China Federation of Taiwan Associations and organized by the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Taiwan Associations and the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Taiwan Democratic League, was launched in Kunming. The event is linked by coffee and based on culture, aiming to build a platform for deepening cross-strait exchanges and cooperation, and promoting the integration of folk emotions.
Although Yunnan, located in southwestern China, is separated from Taiwan by mountains and seas, the friendship has always been long-lasting. The two places are crossed by the Tropic of Cancer, and their similar latitudes have nurtured similar climatic conditions, providing a natural foundation for cooperation in specialty agriculture such as coffee.
Zhan Jieyuan, a member of the National Taiwan Federation and vice chairman of the Taiwan Chinese Youth Development Federation, delivered a speech stating that Yunnan's coffee industry is not only a characteristic agricultural track, but also a high-quality trend for cultural tourism integration and e-commerce sales, with great potential for cooperation. We are willing to play the role of resource linker, cooperation promoter, and daily service provider throughout the process, assisting Taiwanese compatriots in connecting the supply chain, expanding sales channels, etc., promoting the transformation of Yuntai Coffee from technical exchange to deep research and cooperation, and allowing the joint efforts of craftsmen from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to create a rich and sweet fusion development
On site, representative of coffee industry and General Manager of Zhongdouyuan Coffee Beans (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., Jiang Wang, shared his personal experience of developing boutique coffee in Baoshan, Yunnan. He said that there are many resonances between Yunnan and Taiwan in terms of fine agricultural management and the concept of premium coffee, and he believes that the friendship between the two places will become stronger and stronger like coffee.
Wu Zongyan, Vice President of the Kunming Taiwan Compatriots Investment Enterprise Association, shared his story of striving to grow and pursue his dreams in Yunnan. He admitted that Yunnan is not only a fertile ground for growing coffee, but also a hot land for young people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait to achieve their ideals. He encourages more Taiwanese youth to pursue the future in Yunnan, a land full of opportunities.
After the launch ceremony, the Yunnan delegation of coffee craftsmen from the Taiwan Chinese Youth Development Federation went to Baoshan for a six day visit and exchange. During the visit, they will visit the coffee industry park and coffee plantation in person, exchange skills through cup testing, brewing, etc., immerse themselves in Yunnan's unique coffee culture, and conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on the prospects of cross-strait coffee industry cooperation.
