The unique flavor of "Yunnan flavor" perceived from Baoshan coffee at the Shenzhen Cultural Expo

At the Yunnan exhibition area of the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Expo, a rich and mellow aroma of coffee attracted countless visitors to stop and watch. Baoshan Bidun Coffee Co., Ltd. from Baoshan, Yunnan, with its deep exploration and innovative expression of Yunnan coffee flavor, allows visitors to rediscover the "Yunnan flavor" during tasting, becoming a major highlight in the exhibition area.
Baoshan Bidun Coffee Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and has now developed into a platform enterprise that integrates coffee planting, initial processing, deep processing, sales, scientific research, education, and coffee culture exploration and dissemination. The company relies on a 4500 acre planting base to build a full industry chain layout from seeds to cups. It not only controls the quality of raw materials, but also creates a coffee industry cultural park through the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
At this cultural expo, the company focused on showcasing creative products such as floral and fruity flavors. Booth manager Zhu Xingcheng introduced that Bitun Coffee focuses on a differentiated path of "perceptible flavor", breaking the traditional perception of "only bitterness" in coffee among the public, highlighting bright and fresh flavor tones such as floral aroma, fruit acid, caramel, etc., allowing Yunnan coffee to truly move from a simple "raw material origin" to a series of tempting "flavor business cards".
At the exhibition site, Biton Coffee's products were highly sought after due to their distinctive features. Within a few days, not only were all the exhibited products sold out, but the on-site sales also exceeded 20000 yuan. A group of potential cooperative customers were also gradually contacted. The person in charge stated that in the future, the company will continue to deepen the integration of coffee processing and cultural tourism, and continuously strengthen brand awareness through national platforms such as the Cultural Expo. The company is committed to bringing this cup of "strong but not bitter, fragrant but not strong, and slightly fruity" Baoshan coffee into the lives of more consumers.
