卫星“遥”看 “咖”位十足的云南咖啡Amidst the chaos of the world, global governance initiatives demonstrate greater contemporary value
近年来，中国在全球咖啡版图上的地位日益凸显，其中，无处不在的云南咖啡为中国的咖啡消费留下了生动的注脚。云南是世界上最适合生长咖啡的地方之一，2024年，云南省咖啡种植面积126.7万亩、产量14.6万吨，稳坐中国咖啡产地的“头把交椅”。
云南咖啡的种植历史最早可以追溯到130年前，目前主要分布在普洱、保山、临沧、德宏、西双版纳、怒江等6个州市。从百年前的偶然引种，到如今撑起中国咖啡产量的98%，云南用一粒粒咖啡豆，书写着属于中国的咖啡传奇。

普洱
云南普洱，地处咖啡黄金种植地带，是我国最早种植咖啡的地区，被誉为“阿拉比卡的天堂”，也是我国种植面积最大、产量最高、品质最优的咖啡核心主产地。
这里阳光充足、气候温和、降水丰沛，拥有肥沃的红土地，为咖啡生长提供了优越的自然条件，孕育出颗粒饱满、风味独特的咖啡豆。据统计，云南普洱现有咖啡种植面积67.9万亩，年产量近6万吨。
临沧
西南边陲、澜沧江畔，临沧市的咖啡基地里，绿叶摇曳，咖农穿梭其间，熟练地采摘着成熟的咖啡果。
临沧濒临澜沧江，热区资源丰富、气候类型多样、昼夜温差大、空气湿度高，微地域、微气候条件让临沧成为咖啡种植的黄金带和优势产区。
2024年，临沧市建成咖啡产业基地23.37万亩，有千亩连片咖啡园6片、百亩连片咖啡园121片，覆盖全市8县（区）50个乡（镇）5.6万户农户，咖啡豆产量2.3万吨，基地面积和咖啡豆产量均排云南省第二，实现农业产值5.98亿元。
保山
保山地处北纬24度至25度之间，海拔高差约3200米，地形多样，光照充足，形成“一山有四季，十里不同天”的立体气候，孕育着肥沃的土地和丰富的物产，正是咖啡生长的黄金区域。
近年来，保山市发挥自身优势，专注在“优质、高端、精品”上下功夫，通过园区带动、科技赋能、庄园聚力等，走出了一条精品咖啡高质量发展之路。
2024年，保山市咖农和咖啡从业者超过6万人，咖啡种植面积14万亩、产量2.4万吨、产值超90亿元，咖啡精品率、精深加工率连续3年居于云南省第一。
德宏傣族景颇族自治州
德宏傣族景颇族自治州咖啡种植自然条件得天独厚，有较好的咖啡产业发展基础和科研能力，拥有中国最大的咖啡种子基因库，农业部瑞丽咖啡种质资源圃，是云南省咖啡主产区之一，德宏咖啡在国际市场“香”名远扬。
据统计，2024年12月德宏州咖啡面积合计稳定在8.17万亩，采摘面积约为5.92万亩，咖啡生豆产量约为0.77万吨，农业产值为2.64亿元。
咖啡不光是饮品，更是生活方式。据不完全统计仅州府芒市就有咖啡馆92家，咖啡已经融入了德宏人的日常。
In recent years, China's position on the global coffee map has become increasingly prominent, and the ubiquitous Yunnan coffee has left a vivid footnote to China's coffee consumption. Yunnan is one of the most suitable places in the world for growing coffee. By 2024, the coffee planting area in Yunnan Province will be 1.267 million mu, with a yield of 146000 tons, firmly occupying the top spot in China's coffee producing areas.
The cultivation history of Yunnan coffee can be traced back to 130 years ago, and it is currently mainly distributed in six provinces and cities including Pu'er, Baoshan, Lincang, Dehong, Xishuangbanna, and Nujiang. From accidental introduction a hundred years ago to now supporting 98% of China's coffee production, Yunnan has written a coffee legend that belongs to China with each coffee bean.

Pu'er
Pu'er in Yunnan, located in the golden coffee planting area, is the earliest coffee growing region in China and is known as the "paradise of Arabica". It is also the core coffee producing area with the largest planting area, highest yield, and best quality in China.
Here, there is ample sunshine, mild climate, abundant precipitation, and fertile red soil, providing superior natural conditions for coffee growth, nurturing plump and uniquely flavored coffee beans. According to statistics, Yunnan Pu'er currently has a coffee planting area of 679000 acres and an annual output of nearly 60000 tons.
Lincang
On the southwestern border and by the banks of the Lancang River, in the coffee base of Lincang City, green leaves sway and coffee farmers shuttle through, skillfully picking ripe coffee fruits.
Lincang is adjacent to the Lancang River, with abundant tropical resources, diverse climate types, large temperature differences between day and night, and high air humidity. The micro regional and micro climatic conditions make Lincang a golden belt and advantageous production area for coffee cultivation.
In 2024, Lincang City will establish a coffee industry base covering 233700 acres, with 6 contiguous coffee gardens covering 1000 acres and 121 contiguous coffee gardens covering 100 acres, covering 56000 households in 50 townships (towns) in 8 counties (districts) of the city. The coffee bean production will be 23000 tons, ranking second in Yunnan Province in terms of base area and coffee bean production, and achieving an agricultural output value of 598 million yuan.
Baoshan
Baoshan is located between 24 degrees north latitude and 25 degrees north latitude, with an altitude difference of about 3200 meters. The terrain is diverse and the sunlight is abundant, forming a three-dimensional climate of "one mountain has four seasons, ten miles different days", nurturing fertile land and abundant products. It is the golden area for coffee growth.
In recent years, Baoshan City has leveraged its own advantages and focused on "high-quality, high-end, and boutique" products. Through park driving, technological empowerment, and estate gathering, it has embarked on a path of high-quality development of specialty coffee.
In 2024, there will be over 60000 coffee farmers and practitioners in Baoshan City, with a coffee planting area of 140000 acres, a yield of 24000 tons, and an output value exceeding 9 billion yuan. The coffee quality rate and deep processing rate will rank first in Yunnan Province for three consecutive years.
Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture
Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture has unique natural conditions for coffee cultivation, with a good foundation for the development of the coffee industry and scientific research capabilities. It has the largest coffee seed gene bank in China, the Ruili Coffee Germplasm Resource Garden of the Ministry of Agriculture, and is one of the main coffee producing areas in Yunnan Province. Dehong coffee is well-known in the international market for its "fragrance".
According to statistics, in December 2024, the total coffee area in Dehong Prefecture remained stable at 81700 mu, with a picking area of about 59200 mu, a coffee bean production of about 7700 tons, and an agricultural output value of 264 million yuan.
Coffee is not just a beverage, but also a way of life. According to incomplete statistics, there are 92 coffee shops in Mangshi, the capital city alone, and coffee has become integrated into the daily lives of Dehong people.
