8月11日，第四届“山海杯”青少年足球赛在厦门落下帷幕。在瑞幸咖啡“星光计划”支持下，来自贵州普安县的青少年足球队来到厦门，参加了为期9天的赛事及研学交流活动。此次活动是瑞幸咖啡助力普安县青少年足球发展的阶段性落地成果，也是企业公益力量参与山海协作、支持乡村体育振兴和青少年健康成长的具体实践。

据悉，贵州省黔西南州普安县为公安部对口帮扶地区，地处滇黔桂三省区结合部，山地丘陵较多，乡村学校体育训练、赛事交流和成长保障条件仍有进一步提升空间。近年来，普安县长期重视青少年足球发展，在闽黔山海协作、校际结对共建和社会力量支持下，当地青少年足球基础不断夯实。其中，普安县第一中学是当地青少年足球发展的重要承接学校之一，已组建男、女足球队，并与厦门二中开展校际共建，为学生训练、参赛和交流创造更多条件。从校际共建到“山海杯”青少年足球赛搭建跨地区交流平台，普安足球少年在训练、比赛和研学交流中不断拓宽视野、提升能力。

作为长期关注青少年成长、乡村振兴及民生帮扶领域的企业，瑞幸咖啡始终秉持常态化、长效化的公益理念。为进一步支持普安县青少年足球发展，在厦门市公安局协同下，瑞幸咖啡（中国）公司向普安县捐赠300万元青少年足球发展基金，推出“星光计划”——普安县青少年足球筑梦行动。该专项帮扶资金已一次性到位，资助周期为2026 年至2028 年，计划分三年每年投入100万元，用于改善普安县中小学青少年足球训练、比赛和成长保障条件，助力乡村体育振兴。

根据资助方案，帮扶资金将分别用于普安县3所学校共6支足球队的队员营养餐开支，以及普安县第一中学足球队发展，包括球员装备、外出参赛、奖学金、外出研学以及球队日常运营等开支。

瑞幸“星光计划”围绕营养保障、训练装备、外出赛事、研学交流、成长激励等多维度提供稳定支撑，将系统性改善山区青少年足球训练与成长条件，以实际行动为乡村青少年体育发展注入更多社会力量。未来，随着“星光计划”的持续推进，普安县足球少年将拥有更多追逐绿茵梦想的机会，在奔跑拼搏中强健体魄、树立自信，在绿茵场上踢出属于自己的精彩。

In recent years, Pu'an County has long attached great importance to the development of youth football. With the cooperation of Fujian, Guizhou, Shanhai, inter school pairing and co construction, and the support of social forces, the foundation of local youth football has been continuously strengthened. Among them, Pu'an County No.1 High School is one of the important undertaking schools for the development of local youth football. It has formed male and female football teams and carried out inter school cooperation with Xiamen No.2 High School to create more conditions for student training, competition, and exchange. From inter school collaboration to the establishment of a cross regional communication platform for the "Shanhai Cup" youth football tournament, Pu'an football youth continuously broaden their horizons and enhance their abilities through training, competitions, and academic exchanges.

As a long-term enterprise that focuses on the growth of young people, rural revitalization, and livelihood assistance, Luckin Coffee has always adhered to the concept of normalized and long-term public welfare. To further support the development of youth football in Pu'an County, in collaboration with the Xiamen Public Security Bureau, Luckin Coffee (China) donated 3 million yuan to the Pu'an County Youth Football Development Fund and launched the "Starlight Plan" - Pu'an County Youth Football Dream Building Action. The special assistance fund has been disbursed in one lump sum, with a funding period from 2026 to 2028. It is planned to invest 1 million yuan annually over three years to improve the training, competition, and growth guarantee conditions for young football players in primary and secondary schools in Pu'an County, and to support the revitalization of rural sports.

According to the funding plan, the assistance funds will be used for the nutritional meal expenses of 6 football teams from 3 schools in Pu'an County, as well as for the development of the Pu'an County No.1 Middle School football team, including player equipment, participation in competitions, scholarships, study tours, and daily operations of the team.

The Luckin "Starlight Plan" provides stable support from multiple dimensions such as nutritional security, training equipment, outdoor competitions, academic exchanges, and growth incentives, systematically improving the training and growth conditions of youth football in mountainous areas, and injecting more social forces into the development of rural youth sports through practical actions.
