醇香赴高原｜“美好的咖啡”全国巡展点亮拉萨高新区Fragrant Journey to the Plateau - The National Exhibition of "Beautiful Coffee" Lights Up Lhasa High tech Zone

  清冽雪域清风，邂逅醇厚都市咖啡香。8月13日，“美好的咖啡”全国巡回展第十八站亮相拉萨高新区王府井购物中心，活动将持续至8月16日。

  展会上，来自全国各地的精品咖啡品牌、独立咖啡从业者齐聚雪域高原，集中带来多款风格迥异的创意咖啡产品。

  展区内，来自珠海21GESP咖啡店的咖啡师黄先生正向到访游客介绍门店专为本次展会打造的拉萨限定联名咖啡。这款饮品融合珠海咖啡风味与拉萨本地酸奶，交融出独具新意的口感。

  “拉萨市民对咖啡文化的热忱让我格外动容，我也十分珍惜此次和本地咖啡从业者交流学习的机会。”他说道。

  本地咖啡业态同样尽显特色。Kakimo咖啡店负责人德吉说：“能参与这场咖啡盛会我倍感欣喜，与各地从业者互通技艺、交流思路令我受益匪浅，也希望能把独属于雪域高原的特色风味带给到场的市民与游客。”

  与此同时，市集同步展出卓番林、圣山等本土特色文创，搭配牦牛奶、曲拉制成的高原特色轻食，全方位丰富市民与游客的观展体验。

  “以前想打卡这些热门咖啡品牌总要排队等候，如今在家门口就能一次性逛遍各式特色展区，边拍照边品鉴咖啡，休闲又有意思。”市民李女士说道。

  拉萨高新区借全国咖啡巡展落地辖区的契机，丰富群众文化生活，搭建特色群众文化体验平台。各地咖啡文化与高原本土特色交融碰撞，既拓宽了市民文化视野、助力本土品牌成长，也让群众在家门口沉浸式感受到多元的咖啡风情，持续滋养大众精神文化生活。

Clear and refreshing snow breeze, encountering the rich aroma of urban coffee. On August 13th, the 18th stop of the "Beautiful Coffee" national tour exhibition was unveiled at Wangfujing Shopping Center in Lhasa High tech Zone, and the event will continue until August 16th.

At the exhibition, boutique coffee brands and independent coffee practitioners from all over the country gathered on the snowy plateau, bringing a variety of creative coffee products with different styles.

In the exhibition area, Mr. Huang, a barista from the 21GESP coffee shop in Zhuhai, is introducing the Lhasa limited edition co branded coffee specially designed for this exhibition to visiting tourists. This drink blends the flavor of Zhuhai coffee with local yogurt from Lhasa, creating a unique and innovative taste.

I am particularly moved by the enthusiasm of Lhasa citizens for coffee culture, and I cherish this opportunity to exchange and learn from local coffee practitioners, "he said.

The local coffee industry also showcases its unique features. Kakimo coffee shop manager Deji said, "I am delighted to participate in this coffee event. I have benefited greatly from exchanging skills and ideas with practitioners from all over the world. I also hope to bring the unique flavor of the snowy plateau to the citizens and tourists present

At the same time, the market simultaneously displays local cultural and creative features such as Zhuofanlin and Shengshan, paired with plateau specialty light food made from yak milk and Qula, enriching the viewing experience of citizens and tourists in all aspects.
